• Optional cross-posting to LinkedIn and Twitter
• Dashboard for managing your content

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Register with a valid phone number that you own
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You may not share your account with others or register multiple accounts for the same individual without permission.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Text2Post a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, transform, store, and publish your content as necessary to provide the Service.

AI-Transformed Content: Content transformed by our AI remains your property. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated transformations of your content.

Public Content: Blog posts published through the Service are publicly accessible. Social media cross-posts are subject to the respective platform's terms.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or hateful content
• Violate intellectual property rights of others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Spam, phish, or engage in fraudulent activity
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

6. SMS Messaging

By using the Service, you consent to receive SMS messages related to:

• Confirmation of content submission
• Publication notifications with links to your posts
• Service updates and important account notifications

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X). When you connect these accounts:

• You authorize us to post content on your behalf
• You remain subject to the respective platform's terms of service
• We store encrypted access tokens to facilitate posting
• You can disconnect these accounts at any time in Settings

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms of Service
• Your account is inactive for an extended period
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon account deletion, your published content will be removed from our platform, but social media posts will remain on their respective platforms.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEXT2POST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR UNINTERRUPTED.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or service notification.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
